Sunny Side-Up Fried Rice (Nasi Goreng Mata Sapi)

Step by step Nasi Goreng

Ingredients:

2 eggs
i liter Asian rice
some cooking oil
Some soybean ketchup
red chillies
some chicken meat (sliced into small parts)
Some coriander seed
pepper
salt
sugar
1 finger garlic
3 onions



How to make it


First you have to cook the rice using a rice cooker, if you don't have it you can boil the rice with water sufficiently until it boils well. Then, take out the water let the rice cooked in a very small fire until you the rice is soft. Eat the rice first make sure it cooks well.


Then, you must ground the coriander seed together with the onions and garlic add some salt. Heat the cooking oil and fry the grounded things and stir them well until you smell the aroma. Then, add the slice red chillies and the rice to the wok stir well. Half fried add the soybean ketchup and some pepper and salt. To make it good you can add some fried rice and sunny side up on the plate. You can also put some fried sliced onions you made separately. Nice try
