Chicken Curry

Chicken Curry ala Minang


Ingredients:

1 chicken
I coconut
100 grams red chilies
10 pieces onions
5 pieces garlic
3 finger gingers
2 finger Laos
Coriander leaf
Lime leaf
A small finger kunyit (yellowish king of laos)
1 piece nutmeg


How to make it

First, cut the chicken into 8 pieces, then rinse them. Take the coconut milk only for 2 glasses. Ground the ginger, laos, nutmeg, onions and garlic and kunyit. Blend the red chilies. Fry the grounded ingredients with a little cooking oil until it smells. Then pour the coconut milk to the wok together with the ingredients. Add the chilies and the coriander and lime leaves. Finally add the chicken. Stir well until boils. Then let 20 minutes in order the coconut milk blend with the chicken.

Tips: You can put more or less chilies depending on your favorite taste.
